Well, well, wellness….

Well, well, well….if it isn’t the benefits of making healthy choices.

Remember when you still weren’t super committed to your wellness plan. It’s tough, righ? Navigating the unknown and its awkward uncomfortableness, but you did it. You pushed [maybe ever pulled, at times] and now you’re experiencing the benefits of committing to your wellness plan.

Or maybe you haven’t. Maybe you’re like many others who are still in limbo. And that’s okay, too. We all have to start somewhere. Or restart from somewhere. Or restart from the restart of somewhere we already restarted from. Wellness looks different for every body, so don't be afraid to figure out what works for you. Remember. Be gentle on yourself. Your people [family, frands, and folx you meet] need you to be well.


​More importantly, you need to be well for you. ​
​So extend yourself grace and get into it ! 

You, and only you, can define what your wellness plan looks like. It may or may not include massage treatments. We’re still here in solidarity hoping to work through the uncomfortable hiccups of healing together.
