Resources for Houston Folx !

Collective wellness spans mind and body - easily affecting our home life and ultimately affecting our pockets. There [should be] no shame in needing resources. Considering recent years, we’ve witnessed just how weak our structure is in taking care of our already marginalized communities. At the very least, I share the 2021- 2022 Houston Blue Book HIV Resource Guide, a free publication available to all. While this resource guide highlights resources specifically for individuals experiencing life with HIV, there are many organizations listed that are open to helping all. Please familiarize yourself with the contents of this guide and feel free to contact the organizations listed at your own discretion.

Details on how to order a tangible copy is also available using the link above if you prefer a copy to keep offline. For a more updated condensed version, please note the 2023 Mini Book is also available in English and Spanish.

Easier said than done when you find yourself stuck in the weeds of Life, deep in the thick of it, but please remember that you matter just as you are and you are wanted here.
